The approach to this house is through the lovely hamlet of Chozas, and then down a short track, that is manageable by all vehicles. This leads you to a lovely garden area in front of the house, where a BBQ has been built to one side. There is plenty of parking space.
The front door leads you directly into a cosy lounge with satellite TV and from here you enter the new extension built from an existing barn to accommodate an additional spacious double bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space, and a lovely new modern bathroom with shower. There is also a large new spacious modern kitchen that incorporates a dining area. Full facilities have been provided, ie new gas cooker, fridge freezer and microwave, plus washing machine. A door from here leads out to the most attractive feature, a well thought out and beautifully built 8 x 4 mtr swimming pool , that offers complete privacy, plenty of room for sunbathing and an area to enjoy that cool evening glass of wine taking in the lovely view across to Iznaja.
A flight of stairs leads upstairs from the front door to a further two newly furbished comfortable bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds but both with air conditioning and plenty of wardrobe space. There is also a bathroom with shower.
This real Spanish house is now a wonderful holiday home for the family and offers all modern amenities, with a local village shop and bar/restaurant situated in the neighbouring village just ashort drive away down the road.
