Situated down a quiet track on the outskirts of a popular village but well within walking distance of the local shop and bar this holiday home has everything you could want.
The entrance is through double gates into a vine covered patio area with table and chairs and overlooking the pool with lovely views beyond. There is also a BBQ . The front door leads into a small hallway and to the right is the master double bedroom with an air conditioning unit and bathroom ensuite. To the left if a cosy lounge furnished with a sofa and arm charms. There is TV, a music centre and a wood burner for the chill winter months. A passage leads into the small but stylish dining area with the well equipped kitchen beyond where you will find a fridge, 5-ring gas cooker with oven and a dish washer.
Upstairs there are two more bedrooms both with twin beds. There is also a bathroom with shower. There is plenty of hanging and drawer space in all bedrooms and fans are provided in the summer and heaters for the winter.
Across the patio is a utility room housing the washing machine, cleaning materials and gas cylinders, but watch your head as you go in!
The pool is for swimmers as the shallow end is 1.8mts deep and the deep end 2mts deep. It has proved to be extremely popular with guests and there is a sunbathing area to the side with table, umbrella and sunloungers, and also a lounger set into the rockface beside the pool for a quiet read and a bit of solitude. You can eat and drink in the lovely warm evenings on the patio above the pool area, use the BBQ, and simply relax and enjoy the view across the valley towards the ancient hilltop town of Iznajar.
This is a typical Spanish finca ideal for relaxing holidays. There are pool toys for the children and indeed the grown-ups too! A tranquil situation, though close to local amenities (you can walk to the local shop, which sells everything, and bar/restaurant) and just a 20 minute drive to the larger supermarkets with free parking where you can stock up for the week.
