The house is set around a typical Andalucian vine covered courtyard providing much needed shade in the summer.
Leading from the courtyard is a large kitchen, with a fridge/freezer, a small drinks fridge, microwave, toaster, oven, hob, and dishwasher.
There is a seperate utility room with a washing machine and iron and ironing board.
The dining room has an extending dining table which will comfortably seat up to 10 people, there is also a stereo/CD player.
There is a downstairs sitting room with two three seater sofas, and a log burner to take the chill off those winter evenings.
From here there are double doors leading out to the 10 x 5 secluded swimming pool. The large terrace has sun beds, parasols an al fresco dining area and BBQ.
There are four bedrooms, two doubles and two twins. The main double bedroom has an en-suite shower room and there is also a second shower room and a full bathroom. There is a seperate upstairs lounge with a double sofa bed, whilst a single camp bed is also available. The upstairs lounge is fitted with satellite TV, video, player station, a selection of books and board games and information on the local area.
